Ascension means you want to offer something too. It means you want to inspire something different. You want to trigger more heat. It means you want to add values or spices too. A mutual relationship is more beneficial. Don't be comfortable to be at the receiving end always. There is something you can offer. It could just be a wonderful idea/advice that will turn your partner's life around. When he or she seeks your advice, never say, "just do anything you like".
Descension means you are putting away your ego and qualifications. You have seen his or her perfectness and imperfections and you made up your mind to accept him/her as he/she is. Don't force your partner to be like you unless you want to live with an artificial being for the rest of your life. Never you compare your values to that of your partners. He or she can be more than you tomorrow.
A successful relationship is one built by a concerted efforts of the partners.
